Postpartum Doula Care
Mothering the new mother is truly what a postpartum doula is all about. She cares for the mother to help her care for her baby. For every woman what that 'looks' like is individual. Postpartum care can vary from household errands, light meal prep, light laundry, giving breastfeeding support, holding the baby so Mom can get a shower or nap, or occasional overnight help.
